Juan Francisco Ramírez Martínez

Juan Francisco is a pioneer of NLP and Coaching in México. In 1988, He founded the CMPNL, Centro Mexico de Programación Neuro-Linguistica, an institute advocating research and professional development in both fields, NLP and Coaching, and which provides degree and non-degree educational services to over 500 students per year. He currently serves as Principal and instructor at the institute. Juan Francisco created the world's first institutionally approved master’s degree in NLP, which meets all the qualifications of a formal master’s degree as recognized by the Educational Bureau in Mexico. He also founded The Specialty Degree in Coaching and NLP, an ICF approved program, as another of his accomplishments at CMPNL.

As an instructor, Juan Francisco brings high quality information backed up with lots of personal experience gained from 35 years of practice as a teacher and therapist, 15 years as a Coach, and his cutting-edge discoveries as a researcher. His way of teaching is characterized by a warm, joyful presentation style, playful humor, deep compassion, and solid analytical skills. He holds a Ph.D. in Education and has received accreditation at the MCC level by ICF, being the first Mexican to obtain it in 2012.

Juan Francisco has also sponsored and orchestrated eight International Conventions around México. Each convention offered presentations from leaders in the fields of NLP and Coaching from around the world and provided students with advanced training and innovative approaches to hone their craft and increase professionalism.

As a coach, Juan Francisco has had offered coaching services and coaching training to executives in business. Some of the companies that he had served are: Boehringer, Flex (Flextronics), Cinépolis, Agristar, Grupo Denker, AstraZeneca, Tequila Sauza, EMS group where he is currently part of the board of advisors.

He is the author of the book: “A map of nowhere. The evolving process of Modeling in NLP” (Editorial Mar 2013).
