Anthony P. Narine is a distinguished global leader in People and Culture, bringing over two decades of rich experience to the table. Throughout his career, he has traversed various leadership roles encompassing Finance, Procurement, Manufacturing, and Human Resources within esteemed multinational corporationsĀ operating in the financial services and energy sectors.
As the founder and principal of Human-Fluent, Anthony's passion lies in coaching and mentoring individuals to thrive in their professional and personal endeavors. His boutique coaching practice specializes in guiding executives through the intricacies of their businesses, aiding leaders in transitioning careers, and providing invaluable support to at-risk teenagers navigating life's challenges.
Educationally, Anthony holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Sociology and Management from the University of the West Indies, St. Augustine, and an MBA with a specialization in Human Resource Management from the UWI Institute of Business. He is also a certified Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) Coach recognized by the International Coach Federation (ICF) and a proficient Project Management Professional (PMP) accredited by the Project Management Institute (PMI).

In his personal life, he finds solace and joy in spending time with his family, close friends, and beloved dogs, including his feathered companion, Billy.
An avid outdoor enthusiast, Tony is a self-professed beach-bum and enjoys like hiking, running, lawn tennis, and spin exercise. He also nourishes his intellectual curiosity with a penchant for literature and a deep appreciation for cinema and music.
