Meet Ivet Pavlova

NLP-Somatic Business, Leadership & Life-balance Coach and Trainer

After 15 years of experience in banking & finance, business reorganization, expansion, and high-risk investment projects, she decided she wanted to share her knowledge and experience and help others to navigate the business world through coaching. Now, Ivet helps Business Leaders and their teams navigate the challenges of the business world to bring more joy, love, and happiness into their life and work and to create enabling environments for people to thrive. Ivet received her NLP coach certification at the ALCN in the Summer intensive international program in California in 2014. Ivet coaches in English and Bulgarian.

We asked Ivet about how she has been using the Conscious Change model.

What did you envision your coaching journey being like when you left the program? What changes did you make in your life?

I graduated ALCN Summer Intensive international coaching program in 2014. I had envisioned that I would have a full time coaching practice within three months. However, I came up against some challenges in my environment. During this time, coaching was a relatively new profession in my country. I became a member of ICF Bulgaria and together with my colleagues we did a lot to promote the coaching practice. I follow ICF because it is the gold standard in coaching and I add new tools and upgrade my skills every year. I got my ACC accreditation in 2017 and am planning on getting my PCC accreditation in 2022.

Before becoming a coach, I worked 15 years in the corporate world. Coaching helped me develop an entrepreneurial mindset. I had to overcome many inner fears, beliefs, and behaviours to open myself up to abundance and really step into my leadership role. I also had to learn a lot of new skills, to gain confidence as a coach, to find my strengths, and to learn more about marketing. And I did it. ALCN tools helped me a lot in this process. The tools that I use most to support myself and my clients are: changing the beliefs and attitude, magnet visualization to clear out our space, perceptual positions, changing emotional state, new behavior generator, getting clear about criteria, accessing mentors, the power of open questions, giving and receiving feedback, among others!

How has the pandemic impacted your coaching business trajectory and how have you re-designed your life from that?

The Pandemic gave me time to feel into my heart. I reconsidered my whole 25 years of experience integrating business, leadership and life-balance coaching in my programs because they all are important for me and I love to do them all. I have redeveloped my trainings for stress release and empathic communication, and I did them online successfully. Even the sessions for stress release had great results in the online groups. In my trainings for empathic communication I teach people active listening and coaching presence, successful mindset maximisation, among other things that I learned with ALCN. I use many NLP and somatic tools for providing transformation and to help people see themselves “from the shoes of the other person” and as a site observer.

What coaching tools or skills that you learned from the ALCN conscious change model have you found yourself using to support you during these changing times?

In October 2020 my husband was diagnosed with cancer level 4. This was a huge shock for all of us. The next 3 months were the worst months I had ever had. What helped me to cope was all the knowledge I had gained during the years and the tools I learned from ALCN. I used a lot of NLP and somatic tools to support myself and my husband with fear release and supporting both our mental health and mindset. This helped us find the proper alternative ways to support his body in the process of treatment. For the next four months we manifested a miracle by succeeding to reduce the cancer in half. I believe that he will be absolutely free of cancer soon. I am very grateful that I invested so much in learning these important tools and skills that not only help me in my professional life but also in my personal life and I am so grateful to ALCN for giving me this solid foundation and tools that I use on a daily basis in all areas of my life.
