Individual Mentoring

  • Personalized one on one coaching and mentoring
  • Feedback and support on your recorded coaching sessions (with client permission)
  • Familiarity with ALCN's conscious change coaching method and using NLP somatic skills to support your clients' desired outcomes

 Group Mentoring
 Our Group Mentoring Package is offered in 12 session packages where you will be placed in a pod of three coaches and learn how to assess yourself while learning from other coaches styles and strengths. 
  • 9 hours of group work: 3 you will be in the coach role, 3 in the client role and 3 in the observer role. At end of each session there will be a debrief with your mentor coach and observer giving feedback to person coaching.
  • 3 final assessment calls: where we listen together to each coaches recorded sessions plus receive mentoring.  
$1,495 per person for PCC level mentoring
