Tony is a global citizen, coach, advisor and business partner with over twenty (20) years cumulative experience. He is based in Trinidad and Tobago has held several global roles within prominent multi-national organizations. He is the founder of Human-Fluent, focusing on coaching emerging leaders in career transitions, executives in navigating organizational complexity and youth leadership development.

He holds an MBA and is a certified Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) and is a PCC level coach with the International Coach Federation (ICF), a Project Management Professional (PMP) and a member of several international associations and committees.

He is passionate about talent, learning, leadership development, equity, diversity, and inclusion. He has lectured at the UWI School of Business and Applied Studies, is a researcher and contributor to the Centre for Creative Leadership (2013) and has served on the Human Capital Executive Research Boards (2013, 2014) and is a member Chief Learning Officer Business Intelligence Board (2021).

Tony believes in living a life in service and is an advocate for social justice (particularly the causes of children, the elderly, migrants and refugees) and humanitarian efforts. After 15 years as a B2B Marketing professional and leading global teams, Erlina decided to pursue a career that she was passionate about and one that would allow her to help others pursue the goals and dreams that truly matter to them.

She now runs a coaching business that focuses on helping professionals between their late 20s and early 40s to create the life that they want based on their strengths, intuition and passions. She also co-founded ESM Coaching & Consulting with her partner to support individuals and organizations to thrive in a post-pandemic work by focusing on fulfillment, happiness and wellbeing, ultimately driving results. She was born into a bi-racial Malay/Chinese family with a Muslim father and a Christian mother. Growing up in Singapore, life was a never-ending hustle of chasing the next big milestone, keeping up with cultural and societal expectations while juggling conflicting values and emotions. But pursuing the ‘right’ path led to overwhelm, burn out and depletion so she took the leap to follow the passions and goals that were nourishing and fulfilling and hasn’t looked back since.

Sonia works with executives and senior leaders from the automobile, finance, real estate, pharmaceutical, retail, manufacturing and information technology industries in China. Sonia began her coaching career in 2009, has received her PCC and now trains ALCN Coaching Skills for Leadership & Life in China. Having studied women in leadership she is passionate about coaching women who want to live a bold and fearless life, and integrates meditation and Qigong into her practice.

Prior to her coaching career Sonia had held several leadership positions in Fortune 500 and multinational enterprises in diverse industries including manufacturing, retail, real estate, and financial services. She has 15 years experience in Human Resource Management and 10 years in Human Development, holding the positions of Senior HR Manager and HR Director.

Dr. Kim McDermott earned her Ph.D. in Biochemistry and has over 20 years of experience leading high-performance teams for award-winning, multidisciplinary biomedical research programs. One of her proudest achievements was being recognized by her students for excellence in teaching and mentoring.

In 2017 Kim started her own coaching business and now provides leadership and career development coaching to individuals at all professional levels, from recent graduates, new managers, to CEOs. She specializes in coaching individuals going through career transitions, finding a new job or career and stepping into a new level of leadership position. She has first-hand experience as a successful leader and making her own career change.

Kim’s passion for helping others achieve their goals led her to train with ALCN to become a coach where she has earned the PCC level of certification with the International Coach Federation. Rossana has more than 25 years of professional experience facilitating leadership programs, executive coaching, soft skills trainings, human development and organizational development processes in 13 countries in Latin America, the USA and Canada in Global Corporations; Flex, Berrymex, Fall Creek, Omnilife, Clase Azul Spirits, Tequila Patrón and Mazda.

She has a degree in Psychology and a Master's degree in NLP (ALCN); and a Certified NLP Coach as well as a Certified Executive Coach and Team Coach by the European School of Coaching (EEC). Rossana has taught in several Mexican Universities in Guadalajara as U de G, UNIVA, UP, TEC de Monterrey and ITESO.

Born in Guadalajara, México, Rossana has travelled extensively, visiting over 40 countries. Her international outlook and multi-cultural background have been a huge asset in working with diverse cultures and people from around the world. She now lives in beautiful Lake Ajijic with her Italian husband and is living the life she imagined when she completed her coach training.

Trevor’s passion to empower individuals and organizations to break through their barriers was fostered over four decades at the top of his careers in professional sport and the corporate world.

‍ Retiring from professional sport in the late 90s, he moved into the corporate world and enjoyed a meteoric career progression finding that his discipline and self-motivation to strive for peak performance was easily transferred into this new corporate environment. Having an intuitive understanding of what it takes to make a high performing team, he quickly moved into leadership roles in Australia and globally in finance, telco and academia.

He believes that having a growth mindset, whether as an individual or as a culture within organizations is critical to having a positive impact personally, professionally and more broadly in our communities. Transformational coaching is a key component in changing the face of personal growth in leadership. One of Australia’s leading Sound Healers Daniel Coates will be joining us for some live sessions where we will experience the power of sound healing and breath work. Daniel transitioned from life as an executive in the Tech Industry after his experiences with sound healing had a dramatic impact on his emotional and mental health. Daniel has been a sound healer for 15 years and completed a 27 month world tour with Sold Out events in 11 countries prior to the start of Covid. He travelled with his wife and now 12 year old twins Ezequiel and Sequoia, their world travels were sustained completely from the tour. He currently lives in Bali and is a resident Sound Healer at the Pyramids of Chi, the largest purpose built Sound Healing centre in the world.

Miki originally from the UK and now living in Bali is an experienced Reiki, Tantra Hatha Yoga, Pranayama and Meditation teacher and practitioner. Her company Positive Impact Academy mission is to inspire and encourage people from all over the world to develop their connection to self and their connection to others, so is very aligned with ALCN’s mission. Positive Impact Academy provides engaging and practical programs that support growth spiritually and personally through a variety of wellbeing tools and techniques of which she will be sharing with us in some recorded and live sessions. Miki has personally trained over 100 Reiki students, both adults and children, across all three levels, teaches both in-person and online, and organizes regular meet-ups including Hatha yoga classes, Reiki Rituals and Circles and healing meditations in online global communities and in person. She will be sharing Yoga Classes, introducing us to Reiki for Self Healing and sharing Meditations to support grounding and centering.

Kelly Nie is a 500hr E-RYT Yoga Teacher trained in Vinyasa, Yin & Restorative and Functional Movement and an Associate Coach with ALCN. Through the practice of yoga Kelly was given a doorway to attune to her body and create a healthy relationship with self and community. The healing benefits of yoga are transformational. Kelly believes when we are able to be in relationship with the breath and find stillness within we trust the divine timing of our life. Yoga has many benefits that include: stress reduction, clarity of mind, increase in vitality, and a recalibration of the nervous system among many others.
