Mads Birdsall

ALCN graduate, California, 2018

Hi! I’m Mads, short for Madeline. I’m an intuition coach, which means that I help people connect to—and trust—their intuition. I focus on our inner instincts, or intuition, that we are all born with. The wise part of us that knows.
I support people in re-evaluating their lives in a way where they feel like they have access to all the information in the process. I help them discover and build their own relationship to their intuition so they can have access to this resource they carry within, always.
I am an ICF Certified Coach. Prior to my coaching business, I worked with leaders at all levels in Silicon Valley startups, non-profits, and the US Government.
Read about my journey to coaching and where I am today.

The Coaching Lens

The world's first novel on coaching
This novel presents glimpses into the lives of two coaches as they go about coaching their clients, managing their coaching businesses, and helping each other. The novel provides lots of practical nuggets for the beginner coach while being an engaging read for the rest.

Post my ALCN certification, I became an internal coach for an organization in the San Francisco Bay Area and also set up my private executive coaching practice. I became an Executive Coach with Better Manager and coached with them for a year. In late 2019, I joined Modern Health to lead their coaching practice and today I lead coaching strategy, programs, and coach development at Modern Health. My training at ALCN was instrumental in providing me with a strong foundation that enabled me to grow as a coach and obtain my PCC credentials. Every session I conduct with my clients today has some element of my training at ALCN reflected in it.
