Associate Coach Application Information & Form

Application for Supported Self-Study Associate Coach.

You will work 1:1 as a personal coach and mentor for a student who has chosen to work through the program with you specifically.

We include you on our website as an Associate Coach and ask you to provide your calendar link so that prospective students can reach out to you for a Chemistry Call to see if the coaching partnership will be a good fit.

Once you’ve been chosen by a student, you sign a contract with ALCN to support and mentor this student on their coach training journey. You may take on as many students as you wish.

We expect you to:

• Familiarize yourself with the learning material we provide, ALCN’s Conscious Change Coaching Method & ALCN’s Framework through the online learning portal and the workbook
• Practice sessions with a fellow Associate Coach
• Coach, be coached and provide feedback for 32 coaching sessions to your student, according to the Associate Coach Manual and Lesson Plan
• Help your student to design a learning schedule and support them in staying accountable
• Provide 3 official reports (we give you the templates) on the student’s progress (an Inception Report following a Connection Call to Design the Coaching Partnership, a Halfway Review and a Final Assessment)
• Represent ALCN as a senior member of the Global Associate Coach Team
• Adhere to the terms of the contract

Students learn ALCN’s Conscious Change Coaching Method, accredited for 65 coach training hours (ACSTH), which is taught over 4 Modules with 8-12 Lessons per module through:

• An online learning platform with an introduction to each lesson and a recorded coaching demo by Helen Attridge
• Twice-monthly mentorship calls with Helen
• Weekly 1:1 coaching sessions with their Associate Coach*
• Peer-to-peer learning and practice sessions with other members of their SSS global cohort
• Personal practice, workbook exercises & reflective journaling
• Bonus inner alignment tools including breathwork, yoga, and meditations to support embodying their learning.

*Students can graduate in as little as 4 months and have up to 12 months to complete the program. We suggest weekly calls for graduation within 8 months. It is up to the student and coach to decide on a timeframe and schedule that suits you both)
